Greetings, everyone!

I’m Sonal M C , and I was recommended on my very first attempt by 12 SSB Bangalore for Navy SSC Tech (ATC) on 28th December 2024. Joining the armed forces had always been my dream, and my passion only grew stronger through my experience in the NCC Naval wing. My SSB journey began with Alpha Lead Academy in October 2024, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the unwavering support and guidance I received throughout.

From understanding the OLQs being assessed to tackling PPDTs, multiple OIR tests, and psychology tests, the sessions played a crucial role in helping me identify my shortcomings, manage time effectively, and understand the dos and don’ts of the process. The personalized feedback from Abhinav Sir was truly invaluable and set this academy apart.

The interview sessions, followed by a mock interview with Manoj Dayal Sir, provided me with deep insights into handling questions effectively and the importance of filling out the PIQ form correctly.

The GT sessions, especially the outdoor ones, were my absolute favourite. The guidance from Surendranath Sir made a significant impact on my performance during the SSB. I learned how to approach each task with the right mindset, explore solutions before ruling them out, and strike the perfect balance between teamwork and individual performance.

I am immensely grateful for the support, mentorship, and confidence instilled in me by the assessors and Alpha Lead Academy, which made this possible.
