Greetings!

My name is M. A. Abhay.

I underwent the 2-Week SSB Coaching Capsule at Alpha Lead Academy, following which I got recommended for Navy SSC Pilot, and Army SSC NT (CDS OTA).

I had appeared for SSBs in the past, but was unknowingly falling short in several aspects. I realised that something had to change, and lots of corrections were to be made, which drove me to join Alpha Lead Academy.

This was a total eye opener. The 2-week capsule was extremely insightful and enlightening.
I used to be very underconfident and not proactive enough. I used to shy away from my weaknesses, while not accepting my strengths.

All those things changed with coaching. Each instructor – the psychologist, GTO and IO, very generously spent lot of time on me to help me reach the mark. Their insights and guidance not only improved the way I presented myself, but improved me as a person overall, in terms of my outlook towards life and tackling challenges. Therefore, it became much easier to perform well in the SSB. I had been very professionally mentored, and not just superficially coached.

Gp Capt Chaturvedi counselled me to help me identify my strengths and build confidence, with so much patience, that I can’t explain how thankful I am for that.

I must share this – the coaching I took here, helped me beyond SSBs as well. I had to appear for Group Assessment and Personal Interview at a private company, and the lessons I learnt at Alpha Lead helped me perform well there also.

It was an excellent experience overall, and I am very grateful to everyone at Alpha Lead Academy, who helped me conquer some of the biggest achievements of my life.

Also, the staff at Alpha Lead is very approachable and pleasant.

I highly recommend coaching at Alpha Lead Academy to anyone who is aspiring to get recommended in SSB.
