Core Features

Recognizing the challenges posed by the busy schedules and prior commitments of students, our SSB training courses are meticulously designed to cater to various needs and time schedules without compromising on the quality of coaching. The comprehensive program spans two weeks, commencing on every 1st and 2nd Monday of each month. Each day, two batches are conducted, ensuring flexibility for a diverse range of students. Classes are held every day except Sunday, with the morning batch from 11 am to 2 pm and the evening batch from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Alpha-Lead understands the evolving needs of learners, offering courses in all three modes: Online, Offline, and Hybrid. For students opting for the Hybrid mode, there is a unique opportunity to experience in-person training by reporting to the academy for two days on Friday and Saturday of the second week.

The salient features of our SSB training course set it apart in the realm of defense preparation. The training is conducted by officers and scientists who are DIPR (Defence Institute of Psychological Research) trained, ensuring a comprehensive and research-backed approach. All trainers bring practical experience, having served in SSB postings, contributing to a rich learning environment.

With a commendable track record of high SSB selection rates, Alpha-Lead provides a full-fledged Ground Task (GT) facility for training, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for the rigorous selection process. Offline and Hybrid course participants benefit from on-ground group training, enhancing their practical skills.

In-depth doubt-clearing sessions are a cornerstone of our program, addressing candidates’ queries comprehensively. A special feature of our SSB training is the provision of comfortable, secure, and clean stay facilities. As a unique consideration for candidates with SSB reporting dates for 2 AFSB Mysuru, an additional stay of one day is offered, with free transportation provided for them to report directly to 2 AFSB Mysuru on Monday morning.
